- Live mentorship and educational sessions

The availability, format, schedule, instructors, features, and content of any program may change over time.
1.2 Educational Purpose Only
All content and services provided by Start Up Trading are for general educational and informational purposes only.
Start Up Trading does not manage your brokerage account, execute transactions on your behalf, accept custody of your trading funds, or guarantee any trading or investment result.
Nothing provided through the website, courses, live sessions, communities, messages, charts, examples, or trade room should be interpreted as personalized financial, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or investment advice.
You are solely responsible for determining whether any trade, strategy, platform, broker, or proprietary trading arrangement is appropriate for you.
1.3 No Advisor, Broker, or Fiduciary Relationship
Your participation does not create an investment advisory, commodity advisory, broker-client, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or managed-account relationship between you and Start Up Trading.
Unless expressly disclosed in writing, Start Up Trading does not act as your:
- Broker-dealer
- Investment adviser
- Commodity trading advisor
- Commodity pool operator
- Futures commission merchant
- Introducing broker
- Financial planner
- Tax adviser
- Attorney or accountant
References to an instructor’s past employment, professional licenses, trading experience, media appearances, platform relationships, or industry affiliations do not represent a current registration, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
1.4 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services and participation in trading-related activities are lawful in your country, state, or jurisdiction.
Start Up Trading may refuse or terminate access where participation would violate applicable law, platform requirements, payment restrictions, sanctions, or other compliance obligations.
1.5 Accounts and Access
Certain services may require an account with Start Up Trading or a third-party platform such as Whop, Discord, Zoom, an email provider, or another community or course platform.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your access
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
- Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account
Membership access is intended only for the individual who enrolled. Sharing live-room links, passwords, course files, recordings, screenshots, charts, market levels, or community content with nonmembers is prohibited.
1.6 Purchases, Trials, and Subscriptions
The price, trial period, billing frequency, renewal date, included services, and other purchase terms will be displayed on the applicable checkout page.
The checkout terms presented when you enroll are incorporated into these Terms.
Where a free or discounted trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price and billing frequency will be disclosed at checkout. By completing enrollment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to those disclosed terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled where automatic renewal is disclosed at checkout.
Start Up Trading may change future subscription prices by providing notice before the updated price applies. A price change will not retroactively affect a completed billing period.
1.7 Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation tools provided by the platform through which you enrolled, such as your Whop account, or by following the instructions provided at checkout.
You should cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.
Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a charge that has already been processed, and access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
Deleting Discord, leaving a community, not attending live sessions, or not using the materials does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.
For assistance, contact contact@startuptrading.com.
1.8 Refunds
Any specific refund guarantee or refund policy displayed on the applicable offer or checkout page will control for that purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted to contact@startuptrading.com and must comply with the time period and conditions stated when the purchase was made.
Unless a specific written refund guarantee states otherwise, payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Failure to attend sessions, complete lessons, enter the community, use the services, pass a proprietary firm evaluation, receive a funded account, or achieve a desired trading result does not automatically qualify a member for a refund.
Refund eligibility may be denied in cases involving account sharing, unauthorized distribution, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, violation of community rules, or other material violations of these Terms.
1.9 Program and Schedule Changes
Start Up Trading may update, replace, reschedule, add, or remove:
- Courses and educational lessons
- Strategies and trading examples
- Instructors or moderators
- Live-room hours
- Mentorship sessions
- Community platforms
- Software integrations
- Program features
- Support methods
Live sessions may be canceled or rescheduled due to market holidays, instructor availability, technical problems, emergencies, illness, platform outages, or other circumstances.
Unless a material paid service is permanently discontinued without a reasonable replacement, scheduling or content changes do not automatically entitle a member to a refund.
1.10 Community Standards
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against another person
- Post unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or abusive content
- Spam, solicit, or advertise unrelated products or services
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

By submitting content through the services, you grant Start Up Trading a nonexclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, and improve the services.
Start Up Trading will not intentionally use a private message, identifiable trading result, name, image, voice, or testimonial in public advertising without permission or another lawful basis.
If you expressly authorize content to be used as a testimonial or promotional example, you grant Start Up Trading permission to use the authorized material in its website, advertisements, emails, social media, presentations, and other promotional content, subject to applicable law.

1.14 Affiliate Relationships
Start Up Trading may receive commissions, referral fees, discounts, free access, or other benefits when users purchase or register with certain third-party platforms, brokers, software providers, or proprietary trading firms through our links.
An affiliate relationship does not guarantee that a product or service is appropriate for you. You should independently investigate all fees, terms, risks, and alternatives before opening an account or making a purchase.
Where required, material affiliate relationships will be disclosed near the applicable recommendation or link.
1.15 Electronic Communications
By providing your email address or joining a community, you consent to receive communications relating to your account, purchases, sessions, security, program updates, and support requests.
Where permitted, you may also receive educational or promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link provided in the message.
Unsubscribing from promotional messages will not prevent necessary transactional, account, billing, security, or legal communications.
1.16 Suspension and Termination
Start Up Trading may suspend or terminate access when a user:
- Violates these Terms
- Fails to pay required fees
- Shares or redistributes protected materials
- Engages in harassment, fraud, or abusive conduct
- Creates security or legal risk

- Misuses a refund or chargeback process
- Uses the service in a manner that may harm Start Up Trading, its instructors, its members, or a third party
Sections concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, risk, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
1.17 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Start Up Trading does not warrant that:

1.18 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start Up Trading and its owners, instructors, moderators, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes losses involving:

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any claim not resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any rights or procedures that cannot lawfully be waived.

3. TRADING AND INVESTMENT RISK DISCLAIMER
3.1 Substantial Risk of Loss
Trading futures, options, forex, securities, digital assets, and other leveraged financial products involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone.
You may lose some or all of the money committed to trading. In certain leveraged products or account arrangements, losses may exceed the amount initially deposited.
Only trade with risk capital—money you can afford to lose without affecting your housing, food, medical care, taxes, debt obligations, retirement needs, or other essential expenses.
3.2 No Guaranteed Results
Start Up Trading does not guarantee:
- Profits
- Income
- Successful trades
- Consistent performance
- Recovery of losses
- Passing a proprietary firm evaluation
- Receiving a funded account
- Retaining a funded account
- Receiving a proprietary firm payout
- Replacing employment income
- Achieving financial independence
- Any specific personal or financial outcome
Statements concerning side income, profitability, freedom, account growth, becoming funded, or professional trading are educational or aspirational and are not promises.
Individual results vary substantially.
3.3 Leverage and Volatility
Futures and other leveraged products can move quickly and may create large gains or losses relative to the amount deposited.
Market volatility, liquidity, margin requirements, exchange rules, news events, overnight gaps, order type, contract specifications, and execution speed can materially affect results.
Stop-loss orders and risk controls may reduce risk but cannot guarantee a specific loss amount. In fast or illiquid markets, an order may be filled at a significantly different price or may not be filled.
3.4 Independent Decision-Making
You are solely responsible for:
- Deciding whether to trade
- Choosing a broker or proprietary firm
- Understanding contract specifications
- Setting position size
- Managing leverage
- Entering, adjusting, and exiting positions
- Monitoring open trades
- Maintaining adequate margin
- Reviewing fees and tax consequences
- Complying with applicable laws and platform rules
Consult appropriately licensed financial, legal, and tax professionals before making decisions involving your personal circumstances.
3.5 Past Performance
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
A strategy, trade, market level, or approach that performed successfully in the past may perform differently in the future. Market behavior changes, and no method can eliminate risk.
3.6 Hypothetical and Simulated Results
Hypothetical, backtested, replay, demo, or simulated results have important limitations.
They do not represent actual trading and may not fully account for liquidity, slippage, commissions, fees, order rejections, emotional decision-making, market impact, technology failures, or other conditions affecting live execution.
Simulated strategies may also be developed or selected with the benefit of hindsight.
No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to a hypothetical or simulated example.
3.7 Proprietary Trading Firm Risk
Proprietary trading firms are independent third parties.
Evaluation, funded-account, and payout programs may involve:
- Registration or evaluation fees
- Recurring platform or data fees
- Profit targets
- Daily or trailing drawdown limits
- Position-size restrictions
- Consistency requirements
- News-trading restrictions
- Overnight or weekend restrictions
- Payout conditions
- Account inactivity rules
- Simulated or notional trading environments
- Account suspension or termination
Passing an evaluation does not guarantee that you will receive, retain, or profit from a funded account.
Some proprietary firm programs may describe an account as “funded” even when trades occur in a simulated environment. You are responsible for reviewing the firm’s current terms and determining the nature of the account.
Start Up Trading does not control a proprietary firm and is not responsible for its solvency, policies, rule changes, account decisions, technology, or payout practices.
3.8 Market Data and Technology
Market data, charts, streams, alerts, messages, and educational commentary may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Technology risks include:
- Internet outages
- Streaming delays
- Platform downtime
- Data-feed errors
- Software failures
- Order-entry errors
- Broker interruptions
- Device failures
- Delayed community messages
You should never rely on Start Up Trading as your only method of monitoring an open position.
4. LIVE TRADE ROOM DISCLOSURE
4.1 Educational Environment
The Start Up Trading live trade room is an educational environment where instructors or moderators may discuss markets, strategies, levels, setups, risk, and personal observations.
The room is not a managed-account service, brokerage service, trade-copying service, or promise to deliver profitable trade signals.
Comments made during a live session are general in nature and are not tailored to your finances, experience, objectives, risk tolerance, account size, tax position, broker, or proprietary firm rules.
4.2 Instructor Positions and Potential Conflicts
An instructor or moderator may have a financial interest in an instrument being discussed.
The instructor may enter, hold, modify, reduce, or exit a position before, during, or after discussing it in the room.
The instructor’s account size, commissions, technology, broker, proprietary firm rules, experience, risk tolerance, and execution may differ from yours.
Start Up Trading has no duty to delay an instructor’s trade so members can enter or exit first, and members should not expect to receive the same price or result.
4.3 Actual, Simulated, and Example Trades
A trade discussed or displayed may involve:
- An actual personal trade
- A simulated or demo trade
- A replay or historical example
- A hypothetical setup
- A chart illustration
- A trade that was entered before it was discussed
- A trade that is discussed but never entered
Where reasonably practicable, Start Up Trading will identify simulated or hypothetical examples. You should not assume every trade shown is a live-money transaction.
4.4 Execution Differences
Even when an instructor discusses a trade in real time, members may experience:
- Streaming or message delay
- Different market prices
- Slippage
- Partial fills
- Rejected orders
- Different commissions and fees
- Different margin requirements
- Different contract availability
- Different broker or proprietary firm restrictions
- Different risk-management decisions
There is no assurance that you can enter or exit at the instructor’s price.
4.5 Trade Management
An instructor may not announce every action taken in an account.
Entries, stops, targets, partial exits, adjustments, hedges, cancellations, or complete exits may occur before a message is received or without a separate announcement.
You remain responsible for monitoring and managing every position in your own account.
Do not enter a trade unless you understand the instrument, position size, risk, exit plan, and maximum potential loss.
4.6 No Obligation to Trade
You are never required to enter a trade discussed in the room.
You should independently evaluate each setup and may decide to observe, simulate, reduce size, or avoid the trade entirely.
Blindly copying another person’s trade is risky and is not a substitute for developing your own judgment and risk-management process.
4.7 Live-Room Availability
Live-room schedules may change based on market holidays, instructor availability, emergencies, technical failures, market conditions, or other circumstances.
Start Up Trading does not guarantee that a live session will occur every market day or that every market session will contain a trade.
4.8 Proprietary Firm Compliance
A trade or strategy discussed in the room may not comply with your proprietary firm’s rules.
You are responsible for understanding restrictions involving drawdowns, position size, trading hours, news events, consistency, prohibited strategies, copy trading, automation, and account sharing.
Start Up Trading is not responsible for an evaluation failure, account violation, suspension, termination, or denied payout.
4.9 Recording and Redistribution
Unless expressly authorized, you may not record, rebroadcast, stream, post, sell, share, or distribute live-room audio, video, messages, charts, levels, or screenshots.
Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination without refund and may violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
5. TESTIMONIAL AND PERFORMANCE DISCLOSURE
5.1 Individual Experiences
Testimonials, reviews, interviews, screenshots, success stories, and member statements reflect the personal experiences or opinions of the individuals providing them.
They are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future members will achieve the same or similar results.
5.2 Results Are Not Typical or Guaranteed
Trading results vary widely.
A testimonial provider’s result may depend on factors including:
- Previous trading experience
- Account size
- Time spent studying
- Market conditions
- Risk tolerance
- Position sizing
- Trading frequency
- Broker or proprietary firm rules
- Technology and execution
- Discipline and consistency
- Personal financial circumstances
- Fees, commissions, and taxes
Many traders lose money. Some members may fail to complete the program, pass an evaluation, receive a funded account, earn a payout, or trade profitably.
5.3 Self-Reported Information
Unless expressly stated otherwise, testimonial and performance information may be self-reported and may not have been independently audited or verified.
Screenshots may not show:
- All trades in the account
- Losing trades
- Open positions
- Deposits or withdrawals
- Commissions and fees
- Taxes
- Evaluation fees
- Data or platform costs
- Whether the account is simulated
- The complete period over which results were generated
A screenshot of a profit, payout, account balance, or successful trade does not establish long-term profitability.
5.4 Selection of Testimonials
Start Up Trading may choose to display testimonials that communicate useful or positive experiences.
This creates selection bias because negative, neutral, incomplete, or less successful experiences may not be featured with the same frequency.
Testimonials should be considered together with the risk disclosures on this page.
5.5 Compensation and Material Connections
Where a person providing a testimonial or endorsement has received a material benefit—such as payment, free access, discounted access, referral compensation, or another incentive—Start Up Trading will disclose that connection where required.
The existence of an incentive does not necessarily mean the person’s statement is false, but it may affect how you evaluate the endorsement.
5.6 Editing
Testimonials may be formatted or edited for spelling, grammar, length, privacy, or clarity.
Start Up Trading will not knowingly change the material meaning of an authorized testimonial.
5.7 No Earnings Representation
No testimonial, success story, payout screenshot, account screenshot, interview, or trading example should be interpreted as a promise that you will:
- Make money
- Recover your membership fees
- Pass an evaluation
- Receive a payout
- Become a professional trader
- Replace employment income
- Achieve financial freedom
- Obtain any particular result
You should assume that your results may be materially different, including the possibility of losing money.
